About
EPOP is a specialist group of the Political Studies Association of the UK, bringing together people interested in the study of Elections, Public Opinion and Parties. It is the largest of these groups with more than 100 members, including media commentators, leading opinion pollsters and national party officials as well as academics.
The activities of the group include:
Publishing the Journal of Elections, Public Opinion and Parties.
Circulating a regular newsletter to members.
Making representations to the ESRC and other bodies about the funding of research in the area.
Organising panels at the annual conference of the PSA.
Disseminating information of interest to members.
Holding an annual conference. 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004, 2003
There is a small subscription and membership is open to anyone eligible for PSA membership and to others – in the UK and elsewhere – who have a serious interest in the field.
